Password Changes After the Heartbleed BugApril 18, 2014
UMass Amherst IT staff applied all available security updates to core campus technology services against the Heartbleed bug. At this time, we recommend that:
UDrive Unavailable from 6:00 to 7:30 a.m. - Th., 4/17April 16, 2014
UDrive, the Office of Information Technologies' (OIT) file storage service, will be unavailable between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2014 while OIT performs routine maintenance. If you experience problems with UDrive after 7:30 a.m., please contact the OIT Help Center.

UPDATE: As of Friday, April 18, 2014, we recommend that undergraduate students change their NetID password. Faculty, staff, and graduate students are urged to wait to change their NetID password until further notice. More...
