Wireless Coverage Areas
Below is a list of our wireless coverage areas as of March 2006. As you can see, we are working to bring wireless access to the majority of the UMass Amherst campus.

Indoor (partial coverage within these buildings)
The wireless network is now expanded to cover most publicly-scheduled classrooms and high-traffic areas in the buildings listed below. Coverage has also recently been added to the BlueWall, Hatch, Coffee Shop and Earth Foods eating establishments in the Lincoln Campus Center
Once you're in one of these buildings, look out for our wireless hotspot signs. These signs indicate that the general area is covered by the wireless network.
Dining Halls
All UMass Amherst dining halls (Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Worcester) feature wireless coverage in all seating areas.
