Web Hosting at UMass Amherst

OIT hosts and supports Web spaces for students, faculty, and staff as well as academic or administrative offices and organizations on campus.

Highlights

Each student, faculty, or staff is allocated 100 MB of file space on the webadmin.oit.umass.edu server
Instructors can set up a separate blog or Web site for their courses
Departments can choose between classic HTML or a new Web content management system (Drupal) for official University Web sites
