Manage voice messages

While you are listening to your messages, dial:

• 1 To listen to New messages.
• 2 To listen to Saved messages.
• 3 To Skip to next message.
• 4 Replay current message.
• 5 Reply to the current message.
• 6 Play text in message body.
• 7 Delete current message and play next.
• 8 Play envelope information.

Send voicemail

Under the Send Voicemail menu, dial:

• 2 To dial a number from a person's Name.
  (you will have to spell part of the name using the softphone dialpad).
  
• 3 To dial by Personal Group
  (you will need a group number which you must have set up using the VoIP Web Console).
  
• 4 To dial a number from your Personal Contacts
  (you can add contacts to your list using the VoIP Web Console).
  
• 4 To dial a system distribution list
  (you can set up a distribution list using the VoIP Web Console).

Manage Personal Options

Once you enter the Manage Personal Options menu, dial:

• 1 To change your current Status.
• 2 Manage your Follow Me rules.
• 3 To manage your Rules.
• 4 To manage your Personal Prompts.
• 5 To access your Administrative Options.
• 7 To manage Recently Deleted Messages.
• * (asterisk/star) To return to the previous menu.
