If you would like X-Lite to appear on top of all other open applications, go to Menu > Options > Alerts and Sounds and click Pop up the phone if it is not in focus.

To Answer a Call

  • Click the green phone icon on the softphone or click Answer on the Call Alerts box.
  • Click the appropriate line number (1 or 2) on the softphone.
  • Press Enter on your keyboard.

Ending a Call

  • To hang up, click the red phone icon or press Esc on your keyboard.
