Electronic Mailing Lists

Electronic Mailing Lists are used to distribute email to a group (such as a class, department or committee). Mail sent to the list address is delivered to individuals who are subscribers to the list.

    Class email lists are generated in SPIRE from current course rosters and administered with Mailman. Instructors use these lists to communicate with their students on course-related topics.
