Your UDrive contacts are other UDrive users with whom you want to share the contents of your UDrive folder.
Add a Contact
- In UDrive, on the left menu bar, click Contacts and Groups. The Contacts and Groups for… screen will open.
- On the Contacts and Groups for... screen, click Add New Contact (top). The Find users... screen will open.
- On the Find users... screen:
- From the Find users whose drop-down menu, select Display Name to search for users by name or select ID to look up users by their NetID (OIT Account user name).
- In the Contains field, enter what you know of the Display Name or the ID of the user you wish to add to your contacts.
- Click OK. The User Search Results... screen will open, displaying a list of all users whose Display Name or NetID contains the letters you entered.
- Check the box(es) next to the name(s) of the user(s) you wish to add to your contacts, then click Add Contact. The Contacts and Groups for... screen will open and you will see your newly-added users listed under My Contacts.
Delete a Contact
- In the Contacts and Groups for ... screen, under My Contacts, click the delete icon (
) next to the name of the user that you wish to remove from your contacts. - The Contacts and Groups for ... screen will refresh and the name of the deleted user will no longer be listed.
