Academic Requirements Reports - for Staff

View the Academic Requirements Report (ARR)
 

Track a student's progress with the interactive Academic Requirements Report. Find out how to generate an Academic Requirements & Course History PDF. Link to further information about Course History.

1. Navigate to the Student Services Center page.
2. On the Student Center tab:
   • From the other academic... drop-down list, select Academic Requirements.
   • Click the double arrow icon (). The My Academic Requirements page for the selected student opens. This is the interactive Academic Requirements Report. In the initial view, only requirements that have not been satisfied are expanded. See Work with the Academic Requirements Report, below, for further details.
3. From the My Academic Requirements page:
   • Click View Report as PDF to view the Academic Requirements & Course History PDF. See Work with the Academic Requirements Report, below, for further details.
   • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel to return to the student's Student Center.

Make sure students' records remain confidential at all times. This means that you:

• Cannot share these records with a student's parents without the student's consent.
• Cannot share these records with other UMass employees without a legitimate academic purpose.

If you choose to print an ARR or an Academic Requirements & Course History PDF, make sure that you keep it in a secure location and you shred all paper copies when you no longer need them.
