Service Description

OIT's Help Center sells and installs system components including wireless and Ethernet network cards, memory and processors.

How to Obtain

Come to A109 LGRC Lowrise, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. (except holidays)

Fees

Fees for individual components vary. The following fees are for installation only.

With a valid UMass ID

Walk-ins and appointments:
$50 diagnostics for first 1 hour of work
$50 per hour flat rate per 1 hour of additional work

With a valid Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mt. Holyoke College or Smith College ID

$65 diagnostics for first hour of work
$65 per hour flat rate per additional hours of work
