Wireless in Butterfield Hall - PILOT
Butterfield is one of the first residence halls to have wireless Internet, and the only ‘wireless-only’ building on campus. OIT is running this pilot in response to the high demand for wireless in residential areas. More...
Wireless Expansion Project
As part of our wireless expansion project, we're bringing wireless coverage to all academic and administrative buildings on campus. Over the summer, we completed several buildings, including the Isenberg School of Management, Herter, PVTA Transit Building and 358 No. Pleasant. Next up...Goodell, Thompson, and Bartlett.
Computer Classroom Renovations
W.E.B. Du Bois Library: 7th & 16th Floors
OIT completed major renovations of the OIT Computer Classrooms on the 7th and 16th floors of W.E.B. Du Bois Library. In addition to new paint, shades, and carpet for both classrooms, the classroom on the 16th floor received new furniture and 33 new Windows desktops.
Fine Arts Center 444
The Fine Arts Center 444 computer classroom received 24 new 24” dual boot iMACs to enable teaching in either the Windows or Macintosh environment.
Audio and projection were improved in all three classrooms.
New SPARK Course Request Form
Instructors have a new, more flexible way to request SPARK courses and register for SPIRE Grade Upload in SPIRE. More…
