Upgrade Affects Features of the Administrative Phone System

OIT Telecommunication Services completed an upgrade of the campus telephone system on March 13, 2009. As a result of the upgrade, some features of the administrative phone system need to be re-activated.

  • ACD agents are logged off and have to log back on.
  • All call forwarding information set up by the user (e.g., 'follow-me', 'busy/no-answer', etc.) has been removed and must be re-entered.
  • The 'accept second call' feature is disabled and needs to be reactivated.
  • The call history log is no longer available, if enabled (applies to 200 and 4000 series phones with screens).
  • The last off-campus number redial log has been deleted (off-campus calls only).
