Upgrade Affects Features of the Administrative Phone System
- ACD agents are logged off and have to log back on.
- All call forwarding information set up by the user (e.g., 'follow-me', 'busy/no-answer', etc.) has been removed and must be re-entered.
- The 'accept second call' feature is disabled and needs to be reactivated.
- The call history log is no longer available, if enabled (applies to 200 and 4000 series phones with screens).
- The last off-campus number redial log has been deleted (off-campus calls only).
