Password Changes After the Heartbleed Bug

UMass Amherst IT staff applied all available security updates to core campus technology services against the Heartbleed bug. At this time, we recommend that: 

UDrive Unavailable from 6:00 to 7:30 a.m. - Th., 4/17

April 16, 2014

UDrive, the Office of Information Technologies' (OIT) file storage service, will be unavailable between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2014 while OIT performs routine maintenance. If you experience problems with UDrive after 7:30 a.m., please contact the OIT Help Center

UMass Amherst IT Services Patched Against Heartbleed Vulnerability

UPDATE: As of Friday, April 18, 2014, we recommend that undergraduate students change their NetID password. Faculty, staff, and graduate students are urged to wait to change their NetID password until further notice. More...
