Saturday Afternoon Service Outage - June 15, 2013June 15, 2013
Many Office of Information Technologies (OIT) services were affected by an afternoon hardware failure on Saturday, June 15, 2013. Authentication, email, and other services were unavailable between approximately 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. All services are currently operating normally. Note: Messages sent to Mailman-hosted mailing lists were delayed for several hours after this afternoon's outage. Please report any problems to the OIT Help Center.
UPDATE: Web Hosting Server Unavailable - 9-10 a.m., Th., 6/13June 12, 2013
UPDATE: OIT's Web hosting server was unavailable this morning between 7:15 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. due to unforeseen issues during scheduled maintenance. The webadmin.umass.edu Web server will be unavailable again on Thursday, June 13, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. For any problems encountered before or after Thursday's maintenance window, administrators of www.umass.edu Web sites are encouraged contact the OIT Help Center.
UDrive Unavailable from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. - Wed., 6/12June 11, 2013
UDrive, OIT's file storage service, will be unavailable between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 while the Office of Information Technologies (OIT) performs routine maintenance. If you experience problems with UDrive after 8:00 a.m., please contact the OIT Help Center.
