Find Your MAC Address

MAC Addresses are 12-character IDs that indentify your hardware (your device may have multiple MAC Addresses). The following are generic instructions -- depending on the manufacturer, your card's MAC Address may have a different title and location. Refer to the product manual for more information.

Note: To register for the UMASS-NRES-PILOT wireless service, you need the Wireless MAC Address (a.k.a. Physical Address or AirPort ID), the ID of your wireless network card.
