Our Hardware Support Department sells and installs system components including wireless and Ethernet network cards, memory and processors.

Fees
Fees for individual components vary. The following fees are for installation only.
With a valid UMass ID
Walk-ins and appointments:
$40 diagnostics for first 1 hour of work
$40 per hour flat rate per 1 hour of additional work
With a valid Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mt. Holyoke College or Smith College ID
$55 diagnostics for first hour of work
$55 per hour flat rate per additional hours of work
