About OIT Computer Classrooms
The OIT Computer Classrooms provide teaching spaces for faculty who need students to have access to computers during class meetings. When not being used for teaching, students, faculty and staff have access to the Computer Classroom facilities.
What do I need to use the OIT Computer Classrooms?
- An OIT Computing Account
- Your UMAccess password
- Work cannot be stored on OIT Classroom computers. Bring a USB drive or CD to save your work. You can also use UDrive. Floppy disk and Zip drives are also available in some of the classrooms.
Where are the OIT Computer Classrooms located?
OIT manages eleven computer classrooms located across campus. We have locations in the W.E.B. Du Bois Library, LGRC, Bartlett, Goodell and The Fine Arts Center. more >>
Can I get help using the OIT Classrooms?
Consultants are available in each of the OIT Classrooms. They can assist with machine malfunctions and basic software problems. More extensive support is available from the OIT Help Desk.
