SPIRE Grade Upload Cancellation Form - Spring 2008

If you want to enter grades manually in SPIRE and cancel the uploads from your course, fill out this form so that we can take your course off the upload list. This will prevent accidental uploads of data to SPIRE from your SPARK course.

Note that one last transfer may occur after you submit this form. You can block transfer of grades from SPARK by marking your SPIRE grades "Ready for Review" or "Approved" after you enter them. Blank grades will not transfer.
