UMatter @ OIT

OIT is no longer accepting applications for the 2007 UMatter Awards program.

What is it?

The UMatter@OIT program is a special recognition program that acknowledges the efforts and contributions OIT staff make to the UMass community.

Eligibility

The nominee must be an OIT staff member who has completed at least one full year of service (or two years at half time). Previous recipients and members of the Rewards and Recognition Group are not eligible (see below for list).

Criteria

The UMatter@OIT program provides recognition for:

  • Quality service
  • Outstanding achievement
  • Innovation
  • Time-saving ideas
  • Handling difficult situations
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Mutual respect
  • Consistent day-to-day contributions

The Honor!

Honorees will receive: UMatter@OIT certificates and gifts. Letters will be placed in their personnel records. They will receive recognition at OIT's annual end of year review!
